
Erin Migliazzo has been professionally teaching beginning, intermediate and advanced level string students for twenty-one years. She earned a Bachelor of Music Education from University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Master of Education from Baker University. She has been playing the violin for most of her life and specializes in music education, private lessons, solo performance, chamber music and orchestral performance.
While attending the University of Nebraska, Erin held roles as concertmaster and associate concertmaster of the Symphony Orchestra. She also was an undergraduate teacher for the UNL String Project. Following her undergraduate education, she taught elementary and middle school Orchestra for the Blue Valley School District in Overland Park, Kansas. During her seven year public teaching tenure, she served as chairperson for the NEKMEA Middle Level Honors Orchestra for two years and chairperson for the Blue Valley Middle Level Solo and Ensemble Festival for seven years. Erin started her private lesson string studio after moving to the Denver metro area with her husband in 2012. She teaches lessons in Castle Pines, Castle Rock, Lone Tree, Parker, and Highlands Ranch, CO.
